This is the year-by-year rollout file behind the Part 6 timeline. It traces each country’s manufacturing employment across a baseline year and five five-year tranches under two scenarios: Informal Insertion (the proposed implementation) and Balanced (what fuller fairness would require). For each scenario it also gives the per-tranche change (T1 through T5) and the total baseline-to-end change.

The dates are illustrative. Because the fund’s own founding phase comes first, the manufacturing relocation begins at The Launch — so the rollout maps to roughly 2032 (start of relocation planning) through 2061 (end of Tranche 5), with the relocation planning phase running 2032–2036 and the five tranches following through 2061. A note on the column labels below: the downloadable data file’s year-columns are 2032, 2036, 2041, 2046, 2051, 2056, and 2061 — the start of relocation planning, the end of planning (the 2036 baseline snapshot, just before Tranche 1), and the five tranche-end milestones.

All employment figures are in thousands of jobs. So China’s baseline figure of roughly 215,000 means about 215 million workers. The planning phase (the first two year-columns) shows no employment changes — that’s why the first two columns are identical for every country, since Tranche 1 only begins after planning.

What the columns mean

The downloadable CSV has 30 columns: identity fields plus two parallel scenario blocks (Informal Insertion and Balanced), each with seven milestone-year values, five per-tranche deltas, and a total delta.

un_name	UN member-state name.
wb_region	World Bank region grouping.
wb_income_group	World Bank income classification.

Coverage: 194 countries. The relocation planning phase (2032–2036, which follows the fund’s own 2027–2031 founding phase) has no employment changes, so the 2032 and 2036 values are identical.
